What's cooking in the reclaimed kitchen?

It's a great time of year to focus on the kitchen ready to inspire winter stews, hallowe'en treats, festive fancies and much more over the coming months. An increasing number of people desire to get away from "off the shelf" fixtures and furniture identical to half of their street. This is no more true than in the kitchen. By definition this should be one of the most imaginative rooms in your house. Your storage and work surfaces are the stage for your cast of ingredients to play out the acts of each culinary creation you perform as chef of the house. Bespoke units with a rustic look and all the natural features of real timber can set the scene for your imagination to reach its potential.

A Pallet Earth Mobile Kitchen Island optimises space and being on castors is easy to reposition. This portability makes it extremely versatile whether you are looking to have pots and pans, utensils and ingredients close to hand or use it as a temporary extension to your worktop. As with all of our products the wood we use is reclaimed. The grain, knots and other natural features are preserved, as are some of the nail holes and other marks of the timber's previous purpose.

A new product from us this Autumn is the Breakfast Table with Four Stools. This compact dining set allows you to eat in style where space is at a premium. Time and space are both precious but a kitchen table like this means you can still take a little time out for the most important meal of the day. No more cramming coffee and toast while pulling on tights or socks at the same time. You deserve that pause before the day gets properly underway.

Smaller items for the kitchen include our Glass and Bottle Rack and the Recipe Book Stand. Both of these make great gifts! However, if you have an idea of a piece of furniture or even something smaller you'd like us to create for you, please do get in touch.
